Qualifications- Graduate of BS Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Preferably with Cisco/Microsoft/Oracle certification
- Preferably with training / experience in communication systems and networks, Internet and intranet development, data encryption and security
- Firm grasp of several programming languages, as well as experience dealing with software and hardware types.
- 3~5 years of experience from an MNC
- Fluent in English
- Autonomy / collaborative behavior
- Analytical aptitude
- Open to operations and positive challenges to the operations with improvement proposals
- Team player and able to harness subordinate’s capability, decision making and submission of reports
Duties & Responsibilities
- Set-up/Configure network server and synchronize folder allocations of different department’s file systems.
- Set-up and maintenance of existing company issued laptops, desktop units, storage devices/printer for end-users.
- Identify and solve any problem that may arise with computer networks and systems.
- Maintain existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete.
- Provide network administration and support
- Perform simple/complex works on IT related operations, system administration and hardware support.
- Design, modify and support computer systems and subsystems.
- Charged in hardware and software standardization, purchase and upgrade.
- Develop and accomplish Microsoft systems/technology solutions.
- Install, execute and support systems software and hardware products.
- Extend primary support for Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Sharepoint and systems.
- Troubleshoot and facilitate repair of any computer-related issues.
- Conduct regular computer system inventory and management.
- Conduct education/training of IT-related work improvement.
- Develop technical standards and specifications.
- Develop and manage computer systems and application programs.
- IT compliance related to Data Privacy law, Information system management and/or other regulatory requirements
- Develop/Maintain intranet module and/or internet website
