Implement and manage IT projects.
- Installing, configuring, maintaining, monitoring and supporting the daily operation of company's hardware & software, system updates and configuration changes, company networks and internet
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Analyzing, proposing and implementing system/network upgrade options and providing support to ensure operational stability, efficiency and security of server systems and network infrastructure
- Negotiating and dealing with various technical hardware/software vendors
- Manage all IT projects and requests, including Move/Add/Change requests, migrations, departmental moves, etc.
- Conferring with management for development of various software and network related programs and other projects for business enhancement
Job Qualification
- Must have a Bachelor's College Degree in a reputable University in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/Management or equivalent field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Year(s) of Work experience in IT Technical Support Management will be an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Proficient in managing Windows 7 & 10, Windows 2008-2012 servers and other Non-Windows operating system.
- Knowledgeable in Local and Wide Area Networking.
