Lead the team to manage IT systems and ensure project deliverables
Responsible for services related to systems applications, patch management and automation
Coaches and mentors team members on emerging technologies, project delivery methods and operation best practises.
Manages escalations and proactively engages stakeholders to solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
Strategise and define roadmaps, oversee and improve processes / guidelines
Identify areas of improvement to implement / propose solutions to boost user experience and refine system functionality
Manage audits and security incidents investigation with stakeholders
Provide leadership and manage staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance, assist in building talent development road maps for the team
Monitor workload of team members and provide regular updates to management on trends
Audit systems and assess their outcomes, perform quality control to check on cost/performance objectives
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services.
Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including Server, Office, and Exchange.
Management and leadership skills.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexible working hours.
