The **IT Helpdesk** is responsible to respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and/or electronically.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software.
- Research question using available information resources.
- Advise user on appropriate action
- Follow standard helpdesk procedures
- Log all helpdesk interactions
- Administer the helpdesk software
- Redirect problems to correct resource
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent
- Track and route problems and requests and document
- Prepare activity reports
- Informs management of recurring problems
- Stay current with system information, changes and
- Performs other job related duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
