5+ years experience in providing IT support at an MSP or similar IT organization
Strong Networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, SNMP, VPN, VLANS etc.) Language/Oral and Written Communication Skills
Active Directory - Managing Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 components, user management, enabling/disabling,unlocking
Configuration and management of Windows server, including VMs, Terminal Servers, RD Gateways, AD, DNS, Group Policy, Permissions
Powershell experience is a plus
Windows Client O/S - Windows 7/8.1 and Windows10
Setup and support mobile devices (Android, iOS, Chrome OS, etc.)
Troubleshoot Windows Desktop and MS Office/Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
O365 Administration/Support for multiple businesses concurrently
Intermedia Administration/Support
Adobe Products - Acrobat Pro
ESET Antivirus 7
LOB - Quickbooks - Installing/configuring, single and multi user mode
LOB - ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate
LOB – ITGlue
Take ownership of tasks and follow through to ensure complete resolution
Participate in the On-Call Rotation
