Job Description:
• Monitor Tickets under OnePH dashboard
• Do initial checking on Tickets/ basic troubleshooting
• Assess and Assign Tickets to Proper Support Group
• Monitor Nearing Breached/Breached Tickets and Remind the Agents who has breached/nearing breached Tickets
• Send Open ticket reports on MS Teams Group Chat
• Read Emails
• Monitor Viber for Escalations
• Assist user concern messages/call on MS Teams and Viber
• Monitor Timely Deactivation of SAP Acc for Resigned Employees (request for manual deactivation if not yet deactivated)
• Create GRC Requests if there are any
• Cascade Advisory from Regional or Local IT
• Create PR/PO if there are any request (Ariba System)
• Process Invoice if there are any invoices from vendor (Ariba System)
