Details of the offer

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
At least 6 months – 1 year experience as Helpdesk Support/ Service Desk or any related process.
Excellent English Communications skill
Experience in providing remote assistance
Background in using Ticketing tool
Must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Santa Rosa, Laguna.
Amenable to shifting schedule
Can start ASAP!
Salary: 16,000 – 20,000 per month.
