Provide level-1 support to all system users in accordance with the established processes
- Record and monitor technical & procedural issues through IT Ticketing System
- Coordinate with the Technical Support, developers, and 3rd party vendors for level-2 and level-3 issues
- Provide clerical & administrative support in the preparation and routing of IT documents such as CAPEX, AACE, MRF, cash advance, liquidation, & reimbursements
- Ensure the timely preparation and submission of Request for Payment (RFP) for the telco and other 3rd parry monthly subscriptions
- Coordinate with the telco & other service providers regarding billing and other subscription issues
- Participate and recommend solutions for process improvement
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Graduate of Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Must be willing to work on flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
- Good communication and writing skills
- Experience in Point-of-Scale (POS) Software is an advantage
