It Director (Manila)

Job Description:
The IT Director acts as a local IT head in managing the local IT team in Manila. He handles system and network administration, service desk management, and secruity management. The IT Director is responsible for active participation in local and regional IT projects and rollouts.
Minimum Qualifications:
College graduate with a technical degree At least 3years experience in an IT Manager capacity or above, handling an IT team of a medium enterprise or larger At least 3 years of hands-on systems administration experience in handling a Windows Enterprise Environment At least 2 years of hands-on network administration experience in handling CISCO networking equipment Experience with Apple computers a strong plus Strong logic, problem solving and critical thinking skills Project management experience in rolling out complex IT projects Willing to work on shift schedule basis including weekends and holidays as required Excellent written and oral English communications skills Excellent interpersonal skills and must be a team player Strong work ethics and a self-starter
