Criteria: At least a year of recruitment experience.We are currently expanding our recruitment operations team and we're looking for young, driven, and dynamic talents with a strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition focusing on target selection.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate
End to end process from sourcing new candidates, setting them up for interview, negotiating their salary up to placing them with the company.
Qualify all candidates using the relevant qualification process and closely comparing qualification to client requirements.
Client:
End to end process from sourcing new clients, checking current job openings, negotiating the terms of business for the company up to placing the candidate with them.
Approach international and local clients using different business strategies and platforms, e.g. business development calls, conference call, face to face meetings, networking and business referrals to generate new vacancies, new clients and business opportunities.
Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery
Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least a year of recruitment, talent acquisition, business development or sales background handling international campaigns in BPO, insurance, real estate etc. is highly preferred to this position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Customer-oriented, great team collaborator and love challenges with “nothing is impossible” in your vocabulary.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Business Administration/Management or any equivalent and relevant degree.
Willing to be assigned in our office in Fairview, Quezon City
