It Business Partner

**About the Job**

Cartera is looking for a IT Business Partner who will act as the strategic partner for all related IT matters and projects, as well as, proactively as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact for IT to Sales and Partnerships group.
Overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with the Sales and Partnerships group for the purpose of Information Technology strategy development, solutions discovery, service management, risk management and client relationship management.
Proactively share knowledge of technology risk and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of business units.
**Responsibilities**
- Own key client relationships both within IT and with the business unit decision makers.
- Develop a business solutions strategy for the assigned business unit, based on deep knowledge of the business requirements.
- Ensure that IT is delivering within the agreed upon SLA in his/her assigned business unit.
- Ensure successful deployment of IT Technologies and solutions.
- Lead IT projects and Service delivery from time to time.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field required;
- 6+ years professional experience in related field with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments digitalization and business segments.
- Executive presentation and communication skills, with experience in communicating with Sr. Management is required.
- 3+ years leadership experience in managing tech teams and delivering l IT project portfolios.
- Solid foundation in project management methodology.
