It Business Analyst

- Candidate must participate or take charge in the preparation of high level and detailed solution/ technical design specifications from which systems will be developed or software packages will be procured to meet business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize business processes and translate business requirements into software and technical solutions.
- Be involved in the analysis, planning, and implementation of new or enhanced system functionality to optimize business processes and improve workflow and system usage.
- Interface with users, vendors and other IT personnel during planning and execution phases of projects to ensure business and technical requirements are satisfied.
- Gather, review and analyze business and system requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
- Develops documentation on business and user needs, objectives and system requirements specifications of both internal and external clients of ICON.
- Competent to handle a variety of assignments which includes leading the testing efforts, unit testing and debugging, documenting, and implementing information systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage conflicting and changing priorities and deadlines.
