Details of the offer

Preparing and delivering client program plan to ensure accurate expectations are set.
Advising clients of any critical project milestones
Providing and arranging support across regions for global programs
Proactively providing the client, sales rep(s) and service manager frequent project progress reports, highlighting risks, actions, issues and dependencies
Providing project dashboard reports to key internal and client stakeholders
Applying and assuring end-to-end client project methodology and ensuring high-quality results
Capturing client business priorities, critical information, and agreed-upon project plan
Assessing, recording and mitigating risks or dependencies against project on-time delivery, quality and budget
Leading the project team (as the overall primary point of contact) throughout a client program lifecycle and ensure that all key milestones are met
Leading the client’s cross functional teams to take preventative and corrective action on any project-related issues, and escalating as required to ensure client requirements and due dates are met
Ensuring that project delivery activities are coordinated between the client, sales account team, and internal groups (e.g. service delivery, billing, and service management)
Ensuring that a clean hand-over to the client & service management team at the close of each project is facilitated
Ensuring that first invoices for each project are being checked and that the billing start-date is in accordance with the client’s policy
Ensuring that service activations are scheduled and facilitated with the client
Coordinating, hosting, and attending virtual team meetings with clients, account teams, and internal groups
Ensuring that programs are documented to a high standard, communicated and agreed with the client according to the client’s project management standards and the contract
Ensuring that client surveys are initiated at the completion of each project
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or anything technology-related is required
At least 1 year of BPO experience (voice support- CSR or TSR) is required
2+ years of work experience in equivalent Project Management role for technology organization(s) is an advantage
Excellent English communication skills (oral & written)
Excellent judgement and negotiation abilities to deal with project and customer change requests
