Overview of the job In this role, you will work as lead developer and team leader of an agile development team according to Scrum/Lean methodology. You will work closely with product owners, project teams and software testers to deliver industry-leading solutions. You will also be responsible to find ways to continuously improve development costs, time, and quality. You will need to collaborate with global teams for requirement clarification and product development.

How success looks like
Successful and on time implementation of SAP (Advanced Business Application Program) ABAP and configuration changes in production meeting business requirement, with no negative business impact
Develop subject matter expertise in assigned technology area Responsibilities of the role
Deliver ABAP changes and SAP Configurations needed by the business based on align timing, cost and with quality
Perform Unit Testing, Systems Integration testing (SIT)
Facilitate Non-negative Impact Testing (NNIT)
Execute Transport/Change Management
Perform Defect and Issue Resolution
Role Requirements
Demonstrated knowledge and
experience in SAP Sales and Distribution configuration, and ABAP
development work
Bachelor's degree in
related field such as Engineering, Information Technology and Computer
Science discipline
1-4 years working
experience in software development (preferably enterprise software)
Experience in agile
software development and design thinking methodologies is preferred
Demonstrates a balance of
business understanding and technical skills.
Comfortable working with
the technology hands-on if needed.
Excellent written and
verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others to take
action by dissecting complex technical concepts into digestible ideas
appropriate for the audience.
Ability to engage with
senior leaders on technology decision discussions related to business
value and the end-to-end IT lifecycle. About us
