It Associate

**Functional Overview**:
The IT Associate will be providing support in installing, monitoring, and troubleshooting the company's computer hardware and software systems.
This also includes asset management such as inventory and equipment deployment.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide support on the day-to-day operations of the computer network
- Responsible for IT equipment inventory monitoring, deployment of laptops, and documentation.
- Facilitate installation of new software and hardware components.
- Ensures security of user data, network assets, and resources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all issues employees have with their IT hardware and software.
- Willing to do some administrative and clerical duties
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

**Minimum Competencies**:

- Knowledgeable in handling, configuring, and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and network cabling
- Knowledgeable in computer networking, and hardware and software operation, installation, servicing, and troubleshooting
- Comprehensive understanding of business reporting activities and processes

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Graduate of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS Electronics and Communications Engineering, or any Information Technology-related course
- 1-2 years of proven work experience in the related field is preferred but not required
- Good communication skills in both oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on rotating work schedule: Night shift and weekend work schedule
- Willing to work on-site at Upper Mckinley, BGC, Taguig

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
