Job Description:
· Perform hardware and software installation and configuration for desktop, laptop and mobile devices
· Provide on-site and remote support in diagnosing hardware and software issues and troubleshooting activities
· Coordinate with hardware vendor for laptop and desktop repairs
· Assist in hardware and software inventory management
· Troubleshoot equipment such as printers and scanners and other peripherals
· Active Directory account management (add/edit/delete, reset and unlock accounts)
· Monitor, review and remediate anti-virus or malware threats
· Rectify basic network and telephony issues
· Provide technical support for events, conference calls and meetings
· Custodian for common IT equipments and perhiperals (Barco, projector and etc)
· Document all processes in reference manuals for the purpose of training and guidance
· Coordinate vendors for acquisition of equipment and software
· Take user support incident and change requests and take measures to fulfill requests via ticketing tool
May be assigned the task of a ticket dispatcher for system admin & network-related tickets (as needed)

Job Qualifications:
· Preferrably with 2 or more years’ experience on IT Support
