IPN is the Analog Devices Technology Group responsible in developing a diverse range of Application Specific Standard Products (ASSP), System-on-Chip (SoC) and Meter-on-Chip (MoC) products for various business segments with wider application potentials in areas of Industrial Automation, Healthcare, Communications and Consumer.
The IPN Team is seeking a Sr. Test Development Engineer to work on the development of new ASSP test solutions. You'll become an integral member of the development team, assuming responsibility for developing innovative, high performance, production ready hardware and software test solutions for our leading edge product portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
Develop high performance and quality test solutions to allow 1st silicon verification, characterization, yield analysis, qualifications and release to the manufacturing site.
Contribute to Design for Testability (DFT) & Built In Self Test (BIST) definitions and development for improved testability and the best FFC.
Come up with Innovative ideas and solutions to technical challenges.
Lead a project test team to maintain project schedules that align with product release milestones.
Collaborates with Design, Evaluation, Application, Product and other Test Engineers of team.
Mentor other engineers to operate to next level.
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering. Master’s degree in related field is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in analog, digital & mixed signal Test Development.
Demonstrated ability to work at a high level of performance, in TEAM and individually.
Ideal candidate has experience in a project test leadership role.
Development experience in any of the following areas is desired: Precision ADC/DAC Test Techniques, Sidense NVM, Microcontrollers, Scan.
Proficiency in developing mixed-signal test application in Teradyne Flex/uFLEX , NI, and/or other test platforms,
Proficiency in C, C++ and/or Visual Basic Programming
Good oral and written communications skills.
