We are a young and dynamic company engaged in the sales and distribution of construction materials, supplying over 500 hardware stores and retailers in Bacolod, as well as the outlying cities, towns and municipalities of Negros, Panay and Cebu Island.
We offer a complete line of structural building materials, such as cement, steel bars, G.I. sheets, plywood and other hardware items. We also have a full range of sanitary, water and electrical PVC pipes, ceramic products, and electrical and lighting fixtures. We have recently expanded our product lines to include the manufacture of pre-painted long-span roofing supplies and the supply of ready-mix concrete. Thus, making us a convenient one-stop destination for all your home construction and improvement needs.

Job Description
Review and apply inventory activities, including movement and deletions.
Maintain and update inventory records.
Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Receiving of incoming stocks and reports any stock issues.
Prepares list and survey of depleted and or unusable products.
Ensure observance of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies, and Shell General Business Principles (SGBP)
Procurement (monitoring, canvassing, and purchasing)
Sales Order reports (creation and cancellation)
Job Qualifications
Must be a 4 year course graduate with a degree related to Business, Management, Marketing or Technical.
With good scholastic records.
Must be honest, keen to details and result-oriented.
At least 2 years of experience in the same field is an advantage.
Must have demonstrated aptitude or competence for successful fulfillment of assigned performance responsibilities.
Must have the ability to reconcile stocks count to report data.
Knowledge in SAP, is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent written and verbal commmunication skills.
Exemplary mathematical and analytical skill.
