Details of the offer

Performance of inventory and plant accounting month-end activities
Prepare Gross Margin Report. Review and Analyze with collaboration with Local finance.
Prepare monthly required SOX Control reports and communicate relevant parties deviations noted
Responsible for timely balance sheet account reconciliation and issue follow-up
Analyze variances of GL vs. subledger for complex and high volume countries/entities. Discuss to stakeholder for any adjustment or resolution needed.
Prepare the report and coordinate any abnormal transactions to local team & perform follow up for action items
Provide support in responding to and addressing inventory-related queries/issues
Ensure compliance to 3M Global Financial Standards, SOX and other regulations
Engage in ad-hoc activities such as internal and external audits, tax audits, etc.
Ensure the performance meets KPIs and continuously improve productivity and service quality
