Inventory Planning And Control (Ipc) Staff

Job Description:
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks orders/deliveries, and investigates problems Records purchases, maintains database, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports Prepares reports, such as inventory balance and shortages Reviews documentation and monitors equipment codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoots quantity discrepancies between stock and records Provides recommendations or improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operational costs Prepares reports, such as inventory balance and shortages Tracks rates of accuracy, purchase, and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions Nurtures positive relationships with suppliers Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting internal customers Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent Has at least two (2) years of relevant experience as IPC Staff in a telco, engineering, or manufacturing industry Working knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control Database management skills, advanced MS Excel skills Ability to analyze and solve problems With a keen eye for details Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
