**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Educational Attainment**:Graduate of BS Logistics, BS Accountancy, BS Business Administration, BS Industrial Engineering or any related course
**Experience: 1-year** relevant working experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Tracks and investigates inventory
- Checking all data needed to come up with a right solution
- Maintains exact quantity
- Performs a physical count of inventory
- Arranging IT Products on its physical location
- Reconciles actual stock count to exact count
- Preparing IUS & ITS form
- Encoding, Authorizing, Fulfilling, and Filing IUS
- Authorizing and Filing ITS Form
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned

- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
- Keen to details
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data
