Qualifications
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Database management skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
- Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
- Knowledge of invoicing procedures.
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and updating records
- Counting of raw materials and supplies in stock
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
- Receive and inventory of delivery of incoming stocks
- Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company's standards
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, and assisting delivery staff

Supplemental Pay:
