Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business related or Accounting Management
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience in inventory counting
- Must have previous experience with Microsoft software, including Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as experience with retail management software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify and ensure that the equipment and quantities delivered or returned are correct (physical against documentation)
- Guarantee that the equipment inventory control processes are executed according to the establishments, in case there is some difference it must be communicated to the immediate supervisor
- Must prepare the damage reports required on the return process (pictures and damage report)
- Perform any other activity that may be required by the immediate Supervisor
- Has the responsibility to analyze with the Operations Manager the deviations on the process that may be identified
- Perform location quantity audits to support your Inventory Control Analyst
- Accurately record not only the physical count but also the physical state of inventory locations
- Report back collected data to the Analyst
