The Inventory Management Administrator shall be able but not limited to perform the following tasks in relation with Finance Department and/or Management’s directions.
? Prepare inventory documentation which involves accurately recording of inventory in units and in value of all stores including warehouse in a particular period.
? Make sure the timely completion of scheduled and unscheduled inventories.
? Perform inventory reconciliation by investigating and resolving discrepancies.
? Oversee the constant flow of stocks in and out of company’s warehouse facility.
? Carry out inventory control to ensure inventories are at optimal levels.
? Report and analyze data and present results to the Management to aid in effective decision making and to anticipate future needs.
? Perform Bank related transactions particularly encashment, bills payments and other bank related transactions.
? Conduct audit for inventory of every shops and kiosk.
? Gathering all company capital assets.
? Perform other related duties which may be assigned from time to time.
? Sales reconciliation
? Other ad-hoc task that may be assigned
Mission:
? To monitor all inventory transactions of all stores and warehouse including the Logistics.
? To obtain proper accounting for all inventory transactions
? To achieve the completeness and validity of all inventories available
? To perform inventory reconciliation by investigating and resolving discrepancies, oversee the constant flow of stocks (IN-and-OUT on company’s warehouse).
Qualifications
? Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Protective Services & Management or equivalent.
? Required language(s): English, Filipino
? At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
? Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
