Marketing team in F5 China is the business communications center of excellence for China end-to-end marketing plan and execution, marketing research, customer relationship and marketing operation.
The marketing intern is a supporting role focusing on marketing communications and marketing analytics. You will have opportunities working on daily marketing operations, events logistic, data analytics, website maintenance, and administrative projects. You will also help support CRM system management, conduct information research and work on English translation.
This internship aims to enable you to translate your schoolwork into real-world business situations. With this 6-month internship, you will broaden your horizon, deepen your thoughts, and apply your knowledge and skills to solve practical problems. We will be more than happy to help you grow at F5.
Responsibilities & Duties
• To assist and drive F5 China positive image through strategic customer events, local events, seminar and industrial customer events.
• Gathering, cleaning and analyzing data, helping manage CRM database.
• Copy writing, marketing and technical content transcription and translation.
• Project based marketing research and PPT production etc.
• You are going to spend 70% - 80% of your time working with the Field Marketing Manager – Lingzi Kong, 20% - 30% of your time working with the Channel Marketing Manager.
Education
• Studying for or already has a degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Post graduate and senior college student is preferred – since you are expected to work in the office for at least 4.5 days a week; 6-7 months internship contract at least.
• Graduated student is welcomed.
Technical Skills
• Strong verbal and written skills both in Chinese and English – CET 6 or above, nice to have overseas experience. You will need communicate with some of our colleagues and AP marketing team with English orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, including Word and Excel, Power Points.
• Understand digital marketing metrics, good to have marketing data analytics experience.
• Technical background with experience in programming and/or knowledge on mainstream computer technologies is preferred.
