Interior Designer For Ffe - 3 Yrs Experience - Pasig City

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FFE selection and procurement.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and sustainability principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Experience working collaboratively with architects, contractors, and vendors.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Responsibilities:
Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment for interior design projects.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other design professionals.
Prepare detailed FFE specifications and presentations for client approval.
Manage procurement processes, including vendor negotiations and order tracking.
Conduct regular site visits to oversee installations and resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and specifications.
Stay current with industry trends, new products, and innovative materials.
Ensure designs align with client requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Provide creative solutions to design challenges and client requests.
