Interior Designer

Job Descriptions
Meet with company sales representative and clients to gather project requirements, establish project timeline and budgets
Develop creative design concepts and space plans that fulfill client requirements and conform to Building Code
Generate furniture plans using Spazio3D and AutoCAD including 3D’s and elevations as required
Generate accurate Furniture Specifications and Bill of Quantities
Develop color schemes with material and finish selections within schedule and budget requirements
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of contract office furniture and cabinet lines
Prepare installation plans as requested
All other duties as assigned
Knowledgeable in site inspection & measurements
Experienced in quality checking of item

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design/ Industrial design
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Skilled in 3D modeling (Sketchup & Vray or other rendering software)
Preferably with working knowledge of SPAZIO3D or Biesse's Bsolid/Bcabinet lines
Working knowledge of PC, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Photoshop
Ability to interpret customer needs and project requirements into competent design solutions
Strong oral, presentation, written, listening, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and scheduling skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Experience:
Interior Design: 2 years (Preferred)
