Drake's top client – a one-stop-shop for visual content creation is hiring an Interior Design Manager (Creative) to be part of their collaborative team in Pasay City.
Responsibilities: Provides design coordination, review, and monitoring of deliverables by external interior design consultant.Provides design coordination, review, and monitoring of external ID consultants' deliverables, such as but not limited to the following:
o Facilitates design coordination meetings with external ID consultants, Project Development group, and other departments.
o Reviews the following documents: Inter-office memos for ID recommendations to be approved by top management.Initial ID layouts/test-fits as needed.Notice to Proceed and Letter of Award.Necessary document attachments of consultant's progress billings.Proposals/contracts.
o Reviews interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultant for accuracy and completeness.
o Reviews accreditations, contracts, and billings of external ID consultant.
o Manages ID consultant's timeliness in providing design deliverables.
o Participates in interior design standardization efforts.
o Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications: A Licensed Interior Designer.With more than 4 years of experience in project and design management.With at least 1 year of people management experience handling more than 1 staff.Well-versed in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.Proficient in design management, plan review, and coordination with third-party vendors.Highly organized, keen to details, and good presentation skills.Well-versed in English and Filipino.Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City.
