Interior Business Manager (Surabaya)

Job Description:
Work together with interior designers to set up meetings with potential clients to understand their residential interior needs and explain Dekoruma’s interior design service process Assist and train interior designers to close the deal Work together with community manager to nurture junior interior designers Monitor project status and assist the interior design team in communicating with clients Manage pricing, billing, and collections to clients Manage relationship with clients, including handling complaints Communicate customer experience and feedback to product team Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (of any major) Knowledge/experience in handling interior/architect/furniture projects is an advantage Capable of training others Capable of gathering insights from clients and competitors Honest, professional, motivated with strong work ethic and integrity Detail-oriented, including administrative matters Great teamwork and organizational skills Good written and oral communication skills Interacts effectively with all levels of management and other employees Able to work in a fast-paced environment with challenging workload
