NTT DATA Services currently seeks a
((Insurance Processing Associate)) to join our team in
((Eastwood City)),
((Quezon City)),
((Philippines)).
In these roles, you will be responsible for:
-Providing front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, and agents in support of insurance products specifically life insurance and annuities.
-Fielding between 50 to 75 in-bound calls about insurance coverages, policies and claims.
-Following up on outstanding requirements via numerous methods (phone, email, mail, fax).
-Ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standards
-Processing financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner using numerous computer tools including Lifesys mainframe, document imaging system, Word, Excel, Outlook and various other applications.
-Communicating with both internal and external customers to professionally resolve questions and issues
-Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team
Required Skills for these roles include:
-6+ months of experience with Life Insurance and/or Annuity products that required helping customers with policy and claims inquiries.
-1+ years(s) of customer service oriented experience that required you to communicate (phone, e-mail) with internal and external stakeholders daily.
-1+ year(s) of data entry experience that required a focus on quality including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work product.
-1+ year(s) of experience utilizing Outlook, Word, and Excel.
-High School education or G.E.D.
Required schedule (range) availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00pm start time to 5:00am end time.
