The position involves supporting Licensed Australian Financial Advisers in all administration tasks from maintaining the CRM database, submitting insurance applications, liaising with insurance companies and medical providers on behalf of our clients, utilising systems such as, XPLAN, and IRESS to review existing policies. You can expect to work in a friendly environment with a supportive leadership team, and great working benefits.

Job Duties

- Checking Insurance Applications have all necessary documents for submission
- Liaising with Financial Advisers, Client Service Managers, and Accountants with any queries, follow ups or policy requests
- Liaising with Australian Insurance, Super, and Medical providers on behalf of clients
- Keep CRM up to date on a regular basis
Job Requirements
- Knowledge with XPLAN, IRESS, and Salesforce platforms
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in Australian/European/USA Personal Insurance
- Knowledge in insurance products and a good understanding of the insurance industry
- Tier 1 Insurance (RG146) compliant (Desirable but not necessary)
- Strong communication skill both verbal and written, with ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A positive “can do” attitude, and an inspiration to empower others
- Must work inside our office (Located in Clark)
