Our customer base includes customers in the financial services, retail, healthcare, energy, critical infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our Inside Sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will monitor inbound and outbound leads and manage the qualification process. They will work with Sales Managers, Pre-Sales, Marketing and Product Specialists to maximize lead generation opportunities. The Inside Sales Manager should build a high-performance sales team and be able to motivate the team to achieve and exceed lead generation goals.Responsibilities:
Manage the inside sales team
Set and track sales targets for your team
Suggest and implement improvements in the lead generation process
Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Liaise with key stakeholders to increase sales
Define targeted campaigns to generate and manage new business opportunities
Understand market/customer needs and requirements
Maintain and grow your database of prospects within your territory
Have a working knowledge of CRM systems
Possess the ability to understand how to position the portfolio of products and services with confidence
Understanding of the pipeline management process.Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Executive and/or manager
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Initiative, flexibility, drive and commitment to personal development
Strong interest in Cyber Security and Sales.
