**_DETAILS: _**

A Sales Representative handles fulfilling existing accounts, obtaining new ones, and following a daily work schedule to adequately ensure the satisfaction of business partners throughout all purchase levels.
A Sales Representative also assists in creating sales in an outbound campaign where hot and warm leads are provided on a regular basis.
**_DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: _**
- Make 175+ phone calls to prospective clients each day, leveraging CRM such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other prospecting and sales automation technologies.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to exceed their expectations
- Discover and create new processes to reach our target market and optimize the number of Qualified demos you can book
- Employ a consultative approach in assessing clients' needs and develop an understanding of the challenges faced by their business.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Following a sales script with a proven model that handles objections, and direct calls to a final sale and one-call close.
**_OTHER DUTIES: _**
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

**_QUALIFICATIONS: _**
- Proven with a minimum of 3 yrs of experience as a Sales - Representative in a call center environment is required.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, psychology, or related field.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Bonus pay
