Responsible for administrative and sales support to assigned Partner Account Manager and In-House Accounts to achieve repeat sales.
Ensure effective implementation of all sales &marketing promotions, and programs and the prompt resolution of issues affecting key accounts.
He/she will also be doing telemarketing and company presentation.
**Essential Job Function**:
- Provide administrative and sales support to assigned Partner Account Manager and its clients and In-House Sales management.
- Analyzes customer's needs and recommends requirements that best meet customers' requirements.
- Do telemarketing activities for assigned accounts.
- Continuously improving relationships with assigned accounts through close and regular face-to-face interaction and phone calls.
- Ensure constant communication with all assigned accounts (updated price list, promotions, etc.).
100% coverage of managed Business Partners is expected.
- Coordinate with Product Management Group on training, promos, and selling activities.
- Prepares quotation/proposal, sales orders/invoices, and other tasks assigned by the Account Manager and or the Immediate Supervisor.
- Submits all required reports to the Account Manager, Immediate Supervisor, Product Management Group, and/or Sales Manager.
- Consult with systems engineers on highly technical problems.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.

**Expected Reports**:
- Weekly and Monthly Sales report
- Weekly Pipeline report (when applicable)
- Escalation of issues should be channeled to the immediate supervisor

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
