Information Technology Security & Audit Manager - Bpo, Makati City, Philippines

Our client in the BPO/ Call Center industry is urgently looking for anInformation Technology Security & Audit Managerwho will manage a team of information security professionals, from different geographical areas, that will define, and maintain the overall information security and audit program. The team will ensure that the Audit program is kept current with regard to new legal, regulatory and contractual requirements, new threats, vulnerabilities, risks, business requirements and other variables that may affect elements of the program. Reporting to the Director of Security and Risk Compliance, the IT Security & Audit Manager will act as the contact point for internal and client assessments, will manage the implementation of the security and audit program, policies, and procedures, and will guide the team in assessing the adequacy of evidence, security controls, and documentation. The successful candidate will also conduct internal assessments and facilitate client audits and potential client inquiries; will work with the global security team in the creation of policies, procedures, guidelines or controls to ensure it is current, adequate, functional, utilized in accordance with company standards, legal and regulatory requirements; and will participate in BCP/DR related activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Accountancy or related course
Experience in a regulated (financial, pharmaceutical, health care, etc.) industry, preferred
Holds one or more of the following certifications: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Manager (CISSP), Certified Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), EC Council Security Analyst (ECSA), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
Ability to manage a team from different geographical areas
Strong understanding of risk management principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Very good problem solving skills
Willingness to be based in Metro Manila, Philippines
Shifts may vary, but mostly graveyard
