Influencer Marketer

Treats is a subscription box for international snacks! We bring happiness and culture to our customers through a box of snacks delivered each month.We are hiring for the role of Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team! This is a full-time job (meaning you will be working Mon-Fri for 30-40 hours a week or more), and you will be working remotely with a team of 3 other individuals. Because you will be working with other individuals, it would be ideal if you can work in the hours of 9 am CS to 5 pm CST or later.As a Marketing Analyst, your role would specifically be to work with our Marketing Manager to find and reach out to Influencers (people with large followings) on Youtube and Instagram. Primarily, your task will involve:- Identifying/Finding appropriate influencers to reach out to- Sending a message to the Influencer (based off a template) to send them a sample and maintaining communication to make sure the package is received- Reach out, connect and build relationships with with Influencers everydayAttributes we are looking for:- Read and write English fluently- Have experience that can be related to and applied to influencer email marketing- Social media experience, is a plus, but not required- Analytical, meticulous and close attention to detail- Results driven, metrics oriented and self-motivated- Can deliver quality results under tight deadlines- Team player - can follow direction and pre-established guidelines and processes without conflictTo Apply:- When applying for this job, please send me your resume and a two paragraph writing sample- Please also elaborate on past experiences you've had that you feel would be relevant in your role in this job!The starting wage is 175 pesos per hr, and there is room for compensation to grow based on your performance.
