Job Description:
Maintain database tenaga kerja dan memastikan pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan pekerjaannya dilaksanakan sesuai dengan peraturan ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku Memastikan seluruh unsur-unsur dalam perusahaan dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan dan peraturan yang berlaku Menangani kasus yang timbul akibat pelanggaran peraturan perusahaan oleh karyawan Menangani kontrak kerjasama dengan vendor
Minimum Qualifications:
Pendidikan minimal S1 dengan IPK minimal 2.75 diutamakan jurusan Hukum Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang terkait Komunikatif Kemampuan Negosiasi Mobilitas Tinggi Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan Mampu berpikir analitis dan sistematis Menguasai pengetahuan dasar legal drafting
