Industrial Physician | Tanauan

Job Description:
The Industrial Physician is responsible for consolidating and acquiring the medical history of the patient.


The Physician performs the necessary physical examination and provides recommendations to specialists whenever necessary.


Complies to prescribed full-time equivalent (FTE) not limited to surgeries, rounds, and conferences as specified by the management (when applicable) Provides agreed coverage and accepts decked walk-in patients based on pre-determined requirements Performs needs analysis on continuing patient care based on the context of family and community for health promotion and disease prevention. Follows approved processes and patient flow to deliver promised customer experience Complies with the QualiMed Medical Staff By-Laws, Clinical Practice Guidelines, and standards set by the Office for Quality and Patient Safety, as well as rules and regulations set by the Mall Clinic Medical Executive Committee Ensures compliance with all credentialing and privileging policies Implements corporate-wide promotions and participate in all pertinent corporate activities. Complies with quality processes, procedures, and 5S. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the Medical Director or the management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Medicine Licensed Physician Willing to work in Tanuan Batangas
