Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering(Industrial), Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.Required language(s): English, FilipinoAt least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Leadership, Planning and Scheduling, Critical thinking skills, Good communication and listening skills, Auto Cad 3D, Solid Works, technical Skills.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.Conducts research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into the company or organization and overseeing the development of new products.Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations. Transfer new technologies, products and manufacturing process into and out of company.Develops plans much ahead other functions.Make discoveries that can help develop new products or way of doing things or work towards enhancing pre-existing products or processes.Having the discipline of designing and leading R&D processes.Ensures smooth transfer of new know - how and technology to other groups or departments involved in innovation.Improve existing services or products.Facilitate future product developement.Must possess Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Industrial Arts and Industrial Design.Must Possess positive attitude.Knowledgeable in Auto Cad 3D and Solid Works.Keen to details.Good aesthetic taste.Statistical and Graphical Analysis of Data.Ability to maintain quality and safety control standards.Efficient.Willing to learn.Resilient.
