Inbound Retentions Representative

• Provide an excellent customer service assistance to clients
• Identify customers needs, clarify information & provide solutions and or alternatives to
maintain the account
• Show case the product benefits to the customers
• Recommend beneficial consultations to the customer’s needs to attain their goals
• Present solutions for the customers to get options in maintaining their account
• Modification of account information as requested by the customers
• Able to manage objections of the customers and provide acceptable options to save the
customers
• Able to adhere with the processes set by clients
• Must be able to apply product knowledge

• Must have good to excellent communication skills
• Must have completed at least SHS or HS (old curriculum)
•Must be amenable to work in Taguig
•Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be amenable to work in shifting and graveyard shift
