JOB SUMMARY:
The Imports Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of importation activities within FIMI organization. Ensures the compliance of all local and international importation government policies or any related regulations with proper coordination with forwarders/brokers to ensure smooth flow of Imported purchased materials and the efficient transit of these imported materials.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES. Coordinates and monitor all Imported Purchased Order to suppliers. Ensure that All process accordingly.Coordinates with FIMI Accounting for the proper and on time payments of suppliers.Coordinates with forwarders / brokers for the effective transportation of materialsEnsure proper documentation of all incoming shipments ( from PO issuance – payments – receiving )Proper receiving of all incoming materials in SAP systemEnsure to do the proper and accurate Landed Costing of all received materials.Proper filing of Importation DocumentsProactive participation and coordination with suppliers, forwarders, brokers as well as the requisitioners.Any task assigned by immediate superior. JOB QUALIFICATION Preferably college graduate/degree with relevant experience in Importation of materialsKnowledgeable with SAP System, and VASP System Provider (E-konek, Intercommerce,etc)Knowledgeable with appropriate compliance importation regulations. (DENR. DA-BPI, DA-BAI)Excellent Interpersonal and communication skillsKeen to detailsReliable, Dedicated, Flexible and with Integrity.Willing to assigned in PEZA, Pulung Cacutud, Angeles CityCan Start ASAP
