Job Description:
Monitors and communicated the stock level to CMP Salespeople and reports to FM and CMA
Coordinates with third party Logistics and brokers on the incoming and outgoing goods
In-charge of importation, ordering, and monitoring of incoming shipments
In-charge of local purchases
Monitor and applies permits for incoming Chemicals to the Philippines Drug and Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA), Department of Environment, and Natural Resources (DENR).
Appointed Pollution Control Officer (PCO) for the company
Appointed Safety Officer
Reporting of Chemical Activities (inbound-outbound) to PDEA and BIR
Monitor and applies for local government permits e.g. BOC, City Treasurer, Barangay, Sanitary, etc
Monitors office supplies
Works closely with Sales Coordinator for sales needs and services

Qualifications:
Graduate of a four-year course
At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role, has worked in a chemical-related company
Has a network with the following government agencies: PDEA, BIR, Customs, DENR, LLDA
Good communication skills
Knowledgeable in SAP Supply Chain
Amenable to work in Taguig
