Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tag and test customer feeds (products catalog) that are required for onboarding process of new customers.
- Work with customer support, pre sales, and solution architects to provide the best visual search results possible.
- Prepare demos for prospective clients in order to showcase Syte's technology.
Qualifications:
- Have good technical skills.
- Has a methodical approach to tasks with attention to detail.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Has strong time management and load balancing skills.
- Is able to work with a sense of urgency and under pressure.
- Have problem-solving skills with the ability to think "out-of-the box".
- With more than one (1) year of maximum experience in a similar role.
- Has knowledge and experience in the retail industry or in a wide variety of cloud technologies and software solutions is an advantage.
- Has experience in a QA or Data Specialist role or has entry-level coding experience (Postman, Regex) is a plus.
