Implementation Specialist

Requirements:
Sound technical skills
Ability to manage time and multi-task in order to oversee more than one implementation project deadline at a time
Adaptability and good communication skills
Comfortable problem solving and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google
Experience working with computer software necessary
Experience working with Microsoft 365 and Google necessary
At least 1 year experience in system implementation and business support (account management, data gathering, customer relations, etc.)

Job Description:
Configure client publisher platforms

Maintain client publisher platforms up-to-date throughout the school year as needed
Problem solve day-to-day issues related to platform setup and maintenance
Work in partnership with an account manager to deliver excellent integration and implementation services
Meet strict deadlines
Validate students access to the Platform and books available in their account and report issues before the students start accessing their accounts
Manually redeem access codes per student and ensures the books can be accessed from the Platform
Manage book files in the Platform and FTP Servers
Manage book Inventory List
