Implementation Engineer [100% Remote]

We are looking to hire an Implementation Engineer to join our team and who is excited to work from home (100% remote). This is a full time position that will support a large deployment of FortiGate, FortiSwitch and FortiAP devices.
You will be responsible for working with onsite techs as they upgrade each location. You will execute a set of procedures to ensure that the devices are deployed and reachable via network. You will be responsible for reviewing the configurations for accuracy and doing the proper testing and troubleshooting to complete the site upgrade.

Knowledge of networks, protocols, and routing
Experience with Fortinet devices and FortiManager
Be able to clearly communicate with onsite techs
Be able to follow a checklist and provide completed testing results
Understanding of the OSI model, specifically Layers 1-3
Understanding of firewall rules, wireless networks, and routers
Understanding of IP addressing and subnetting
