Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Marketing
- With at least 2 years experience as Franchise Manager and experience within a customer services industry
- Good Verbal and written communications skills to convey the business strategy to new franchisees
- Strong leadership skills to manage franchise owners
- Skilled in the particular policies and procedures of the franchise field
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision
- Must have the ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals
- Possess good organizational skills
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must be able to read and comprehend sales reports
- Willing to work a flexible schedule which can include after hours and weekends
- Must be willing to travel

Job Responsibility:

- Responsible for franchise expansion
- Work on product development as per specific market requirements
- Help franchisee achieve their admission targets by regular reviews,inputs, and motivating sales staff
- Support Franchise owners with business planning designed to maximize return and investment objectives
- Analyzed, established, and maintained budget, business needs and prepared business plan and procedures for franchises
- Resolved customer concerns / problems, provided customer /client satisfaction while maintaining composure, offering professional /appropriate assistance, maintaining a customer and client base
- Maintained effective client relationships and continually developed new client base; assessed customer needs and made recommendations accordingly
- Responsible to become thoroughly familiar with and adhere to local laws pertaining to franchise sales and disclosure information

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
