Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Marketing Assistant
Maintenance of existing marketing material and product documentation.
Maintainthe ICAP Information Services Global Data Listing on a quarterly basis.
Amend externally delivered product material e.g. IIS management, sales and marketing presentations.
Format internal reports for presentation and IIS use.
Amendas necessary, various IIS websites (including icapinfo.com, repofundsrate.com and ireporate.com) as well as intranet content and contacts in conjunction with ICAP Corporate Communications.
Customer Demographics
Complete thorough market due-diligence on each region including detailed reports on competitors, marketing channels, consumer insight
Conduct local market research to assist in creative messaging

Data Metrics Reporting
Compilation and presentation of Data Metrics compiled by IIS Manila QA Team.
Statistics Preparation and presentation
Other
Fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Sales Admin
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Sales & Product team in IIS Asia and will assist in creating sales presentations, marketing collateral and responding to client inquiries;
Will assist in drawing up sales contracts and sales orders;
Provide support to clients on commercial and billing aspects of the IIS product line;
Work closely with the regional sales team to monitor and improve client satisfaction and retain existing business through contract renewals;
Working with our channel sales partners in the region to ensure we maximise our revenue through business partner channels
Focusing on customers satisfaction by developing an effective contact network within client accounts.
Providing client feedback to product and sales groups and actively participating in the management team.
