OVERVIEW AND REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Security Administration will serve as a security liaison for the Identity and Access Management tools and processes. This role works closely with the Corporate Cybersecurity team, Application Owners and end users to ensure application security requests are correct, compliant and approved based on the least privilege principle. This individual will be a subject matter expert on roles-based access for each application within their area of responsibility to provide end users the access they require in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviewing, updating, approving application security access requests for existing users, new hires, and terminations using Tenets Identity and Access Management tools/applications
Maintaining designated SLAs and handle incoming calls from internal customers and peers in a non-call center environment.
Understanding and working queue and escalations,
Research and troubleshoot access problems and completing tickets and tasks within ServiceNow.
Contribute to building process expertise and ownership of application access approval.
Update and/or draft process documents on a periodic basis for relevant applications and areas of responsibility.
Submit drafts for review by stakeholders and IAM leaders, and revise based on feedback.
Liaise with peers in IAM team to ensure consistency in policy language and procedure descriptions.
QUALIFICATIONSMust be fluent in English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting IT security technology solutions and\or services environment.
Experience and expertise in approving IAM processes within an organization including Identity Governance, Access Management, Identity Management, Access Certification
Experience in providing large-scale technology support services.
Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Team player and ability to collaborate with extended teams across IT and various business functions.
Professionalism: acts and behaves in a professional manner.
Bachelor degree preferred.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other security certification preferred
