Supervise and organize bid preparation works and ensure accuracy of bid costing;11. Prepare proposals based on the project's technical specifications and requirements;12. Consider installation costs by labor and submit the best competitive bids on the work.Job Requirements:6. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but prior experience in HVAC sales, will be considered;7. 6+ years of sales and management experience;8. Familiarity with the local market is a plus;9. Ability to organize and prioritize work;10. Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups;11. Ability to lead, coach/develop and motivate individuals and teams;12.
