Details of the offer

TheHuman Resources Supervisor/Officershall ensure proper implementation within the mall or branch level, all HR processes and procedures derived from policies and guidelines, plans and programs as well as enunciated strategic directions that has impact on Human Resources Administration and operations within the areas of compensation and benefits, labor and relations, and other related Human Resources functions.

Educational Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management and its equivalent.

Experience Requirements:At least 3 year’s Supervisory experience in the related field is required in this position.
Preferably with experience in specializing all or specific areas of personnel administration, human resource management or its equivalent.
Computer literate, knowledgeable in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Has English and writing proficiency.
Has organizational awareness, understanding and implementation of company policies and payroll procedures.

Work Location:
Candidates must be willing to be assigned in SM City Valenzuela.
